His Excellency Hisham Ali Mohamed Al Taher is widely recognized as one of the distinguished Emirati leaders in finance, business, governance, leadership development, and mind & e-sports — combining deep academic foundations with extensive professional practice and a forward-looking strategic vision.

Founder & CEO — San Francisco Consultancy & Studies, a management and advisory firm bridging strategy, governance, and innovation.

In professional services and finance, H.E. Al Taher serves as Chairman of HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants, and is an active member of the UAE Accountants and Auditors Association, where he chairs the Tax Committee and oversees Media Affairs, contributing to the advancement of the accounting and taxation ecosystem.

In business leadership, he is a Board Member of AMSB Holding (Saudi Arabia), Chairman of the International Business Development Committee, and a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee, where his strategic insight reinforces governance and institutional sustainability across markets.

In leadership development, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Future Leaders Training Institute, leading advanced programs focused on leadership development, future skills, and the empowerment of national competencies — shaped by his conviction that investing in people is the greatest investment.

In mind & e-sports, H.E. Al Taher has, since 2006, served as Secretary-General of the Asian Chess Federation. He is also Secretary-General of the Arab Esports Federation, Executive Board Member of the Asian Esports Federation, and Advisory Council Member of the World Council of Traditional Sports and Games (UNESCO), reinforcing the region’s leadership in intellectual and digital sports.
